Bunraku bonanza
We went to Tsu, the regional capital here in Mie-ken, to see the National Bunraku Theatre (who we'd seen previously in Osaka) perform. As usual: wow. The "puppets" are incredibly lifelike, the costumes are wonderful, the music is great. This is the poster for the show.
